Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree and several years of experience in IT
· Experience in Oracle applications, particularly Peoplesoft and SQL
· Basic database knowledge and SQL skill
· Basic PC support skills
· Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred
· Experience of implementing a new ERP environment
· Experience in ERP, HR area
· Experience in the customer/client interface
· Experience in all aspects of software development life cycle / project management
· Understand and follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, change management etc.
· Strong problem-solving and analytic skills
· Provide technical insight and share expertise on aspects of integration with other systems
· Coordinate and manage the release process for applications, actively engage in requirements, design and testing
· Training exercises and documentation based on SDLC standards
· Work both independently and within cross- functional project teams spanning multiple time-zones
